If you are planning a trip to Milledgeville, then you will more than likely like to know of a few good places to eat. Having lived in the area for many years, I have eaten in many of the local restaurants and can tell you what to expect. All of the locations that I am going to talk about are within five minutes of downtown Milledgeville.

The Brick

The Brick is one of the most well known restaurants in the area. They have a good menu, but it is heavy on the Italian side. They have subs, pizza, calzones, wings, salads, chicken fingers, and soup. Overall, you can’t go wrong with the Brick.

Amicis

Amicis is a lot like the brick in that the menu is mainly based on Italian foods. Overall, Amicis is a great dining choice.

Pig In A Pit

Located right in the middle of downtown Milledgeville, Pig In Pit has the best if not the only barbeque around.

Hiroshima

Hiroshima is a very nice Japanese/ sushi restaurant located downtown that is very affordable.

Barbaritos is your source for Mexican food in Milledgeville.

You can always count on golden corral for a great buffet.

The Pickle Barrel

This is a great restaurant to stop by when you are in Milledgeville. They are mainly known for their unique fries. They have general food like burgers and ckicken.

Ruby Tuesdays

Ruby Tuesdays is a little on the nicer side, but is still affordable and great tasting.

Ihop

Ihop is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Pig In A Pit was shut down by the IRS by avoiding paying taxes.

Milledgeville also has a Chick-fil-A
